I have used Charlene a couple times as my realtor. I won't use anyone else. From the beginning, I told her what I was looking for, and she promptly showed me several options. I kept coming back to one particular property and she gladly showed it to me when I wanted to visit it again. Eventually, after going back and forth with the seller, we purchased the property for a very reasonable price. Charlene, was with me every step of the way, answering any questions I had, and has checked in to see how I'm doing after. I will most definitely use her in the future with all my real estate needs.

A few days later, he made financial news by throwing cold water on plans to reform Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. "There has been much teeth-gnashing this week after Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin said GSE reform cannot simply return Fannie and Freddie to their pre-conservatorship state," said Jaret Seiberg, Cowen’s managing director.
Home price growth has clearly slowed down in recent months as the housing market cools after a near six-year hot streak. Now, a report released by Fitch Ratings this week details just how much the market has slowed, and predicts where prices will go from here.
New York State Senate and Assembly leaders have passed expansive changes to rent control laws that stunned the real estate industry. The state’s governor, Andrew Cuomo, signed the bill on Friday, a day before the existing, more moderate law expired. Legislators won’t have to worry about wrangling over tenant protections every few years, like the old law. The bill makes these changes permanent.
